How will you know if your attorney really tried that hard? How do you know the attorney didn’t stall on your case just to tell you many months later that a lawsuit must be filed? This just means that more money comes out of your pocket. To make matters worse, there are many attorneys out there that do not understand the insurance adjustment process, so they never even try to get you a settlement.
And why not? Filing a lawsuit means they get to charge you a larger fee. The attorney who does that is never going to be incentivized to stay out of court. At Carrollton Injury Law we charge our clients the same percentage whether we settle your injury claim or not.
