Jason Allen

Jason Allen is a Senior Attorney at Carrollton Injury Law.

Jason is a proud graduate of Baylor University and a lifelong Texan with deep roots in the community he serves. He earned his law degree from the University of Illinois–Chicago School of Law and has been practicing law since 2012.

Before focusing on civil litigation, Jason began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, where he developed a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy and trial strategy. Since 2016, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to personal injury law, passionately representing individuals who have been harmed due to the negligence of others.

He considers the practice of law a privilege, and approaches each case with dedication, integrity, and a deep commitment to securing justice for the injured and vulnerable.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys sports, socializing, and spending quality time with his extended family. He’s also the proud dog dad to an amazing goldendoodle named Neiman, who lives up to the name.
