Client Story: Rear End Collision

Danielle: I was on my way to work and was rear ended pretty badly, and we didn’t know exactly what the long term effects of everything was going to be. And so he did all the research and found the law firm, and so he contacted them and and we got to see them pretty quickly, like within 24 hours.

Kevin: You know, I looked at the reviews, obviously all the reviews on Google were excellent. Just read through everything. I really liked what I was reading. It seemed genuine and, you know, not fabricated like a lot of reviews are these days, so.

Danielle: When I was rear ended, of course, on my way to work, we realized, okay, you know, I can only take so much time off from work that they’re going to cover the cost and it’s going to take me longer to heal. And so we were looking at the pros and cons of: do I just go back to work and hurt, or do we get the help and let me heal?

And so that’s when he was like, we need to figure out what’s best for me to heal, but also finances. And so that was our biggest concern of sitting down and figuring out, you know, what’s the best long term and short term solution, and they were phenomenal at helping us figure out and also kind of giving a timeline of: heal first, like we need to get you healed, and setting up all the doctors without us having to worry about the cost.

We knew that we were not in the wrong, so we knew that we were going to come out on top, but we didn’t know exactly how that was going to look. They explained very simply and honestly how they did their fees and how they structured things and what their process was in complete transparency. And so it was a reassurance to know that no matter what, we knew exactly what we were going to – what was expected of us and we knew exactly what they were going to do in order to help us. See what your options really are, because we couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome.

Kevin: And it doesn’t cost anything to go and just talk to them and let them hear your case and see what’s see what you know, see what’s going on, and they’ll let you know one way or the other. You know, they take care of people if they can take care of them. And t’s cliche, or you know, I know they say put the personal back in personal injury, but they do. They’re very personable people and we’re very happy that we that we went with this law firm for sure.
